VISA PROCESS

How we can help you

Currently, there’s only one type of student visa. The new streamlined Student Visa subclass 500 replaced the old student visa system on 1 July 2016, and is designed to make student visa applications more straightforward.

You can get a student visa depending on the type of study you choose to undertake. Student visas can be granted to children intending to study at an Australian primary or high school. But they’re also open to adults wishing to study a vocation or trade, and they’re open to those who wish to enter higher education too. The validity period of a student visa will generally be determined by the length of the course.

We have lots of experience helping clients obtain student visas. A crucial part is knowing how to demonstrate you’re a genuine student and intend to stay in Australia temporarily to complete your studies.

Did you know that studying in Australia might enable you to stay on a provisional or permanent basis? Book an appointment today to find out more.
